Annette Prieto-Llopis is the Director of Client Relations at the Center for Hispanic Leadership (CHL). She also serves as a CHL Trainer / Coach and is the Deputy Editor of CHL's Latina Expert Blog. Ms. Prieto-Llopis is also a contributing writer to CNN.com. Annette has had an accomplished career in sales and training with more than 17 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors and brings that practice to CHL. In addition to serving as CHL's Client Relations Director, Annette works on developing culturally-tailored training to give Hispanic business leaders the tools they need to grow and thrive. One of Annette's greatest passions is empowering individuals to be their best selves in both their personal and professional lives. She has quickly become a sought after coach and mentor by young Latinas.
José "Rafi" Rodríguez is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. He attended the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez where he obtained Bachelors in Science in Chemistry. A Distinguished Graduate from the United States Air Force ROTC program, he received a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force in 1978.
He later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Masters of Science in Systems Analysis from the University of West Florida. Rafi Rodriguez dedicated over 25 years working on research, development and program management of weapon systems to provide combat superiority to the Unites States Air Force. In 2004, Rafi Rodriguez retired from military service with the rank of Colonel.
